Nicholas Onischuk brings over seventeen years of real estate experience in renting, buying, and selling property throughout Ontario, specializing in both re-sale transactions and new home construction. Licensed as a Realtor© since 2008 and a proud member of the Canadian Real Estate Association, Nicholas has successfully guided clients through all aspects of the property market. He has been a key member of a new home sales team that sold over 150 luxury homes in four years, offering him deep insights into the building, marketing, and day-to-day operations of new home development.

Complementing his real estate expertise, Nicholas is highly skilled with computer systems, having completed Algonquin College’s CST program with an emphasis on Networking and Security. Passionate about technology, he enjoys developing web applications and exploring the latest in artificial intelligence, integrating digital solutions to enhance the real estate experience for clients and colleagues.

Before launching his real estate career, Nicholas also studied Business Administration and the Advanced Sommelier program at Algonquin College. Outside of work, he is an active participant in local recreational sports and an enthusiastic attendee of wine events.
